At La Favorita Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your footwear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
